Client Service Project Director


As a Client Service Project Director, you will serve our clients needs by meeting their requirements in a professional and timely fashion, producing a product of highest quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client projects from inception to final delivery.
  • Manage overall client relationships with ongoing revenue generating responsibilities.
  • Liaising with all operational areas within the organization.
  • Ensure that interviewers are able to interview effectively by modifying clients' questionnaires as necessary to create clean, easy to follow instruments designed to minimize error.
  • Ensure online questionnaires are developed in a manner to engage panellists, offer clients creative questionnaire set-up and recommend design elements.
  • Ensure that all internal departments have the documentation and information necessary to guarantee correct and on time completion of each project through all of its phases.
  • Ensure a study is progressing in timely and efficient manner by monitoring study progress, following up with various departments handling the project and with the external client.
  • Ensure the client always receives excellent service by keeping abreast of CATI, Tabulation, Online and other operational advancements and/or changes in technology.
  • Cost control responsibilities on all studies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum Education Requirement: University or College Degree
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point is essential.  DASH, SPSS and mystery shop project experience would be an asset.
     
  • Familiarity with Census and Statistical terminology.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks; detail-oriented; work well as a team member.
