Oscar Fernandes Director of Client ServicesOscar has over 20 years experience in Field and Project Management including several years at other major full-service research organizations such as Decima Research and DJC/AC Nielsen. He joined Consumer Contact in 1997. In his present role as Director, Client Services, Oscar provides assistance to clients in preparing cost quotations, understanding client requirements and advising clients on technical design matters. His responsibilities also include working directly with the Project Directors and the rest of the Operations team in ensuring we meet or exceed client's expectations when projects are confirmed. Carrie Moyer is responsible for overseeing all facets of ResearchByNet, Consumer Contact's online research division. Since its inception in 2005, Carrie has driven year over year growth with ResearchByNet by adhering to the same principals and standards as our parent company and by delivering quality online data collection. Carrie re-joined Consumer Contact in 2005 as Director of Online Research after holding previous senior project management positions in other Online and CATI data collection companies, including a previous position at Consumer Contact. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and has also completed the Research Analyst Program from Georgian College.
![]() Director of IT Pablo Sabbag joined the Consumer Contact team in 2008, taking on the role of Director of Information Technology. Previously a Business Solutions Manager at CDI, Pablo now leads a group of seasoned systems and software development professionals to provide solutions that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company and of our clients. Holding a PMP designation from the Project Management Institute, Pablo oversees that all of the company's software and hardware needs are met.
![]() Director of Call Centres Starting at Consumer Contact in 1992, Sandy has quickly made her way up the ranks and is now our Director of Call Centres. Sandy is responsible for the overall operation of our 5 call centres and ensures adequate and trained interviewers are available and handles performance management through development of training and/or process imrpovements. Sandy has completed all of her training and development certificates from Ryerson University and also oversees that our National Quality Control Department develops and maintains higher interviewing standards.
Team Operations ManagerDavid Surdivall is one of three team operations managers at Consumer Contact. His role entails overseeing a team of project directors, prorgrammers and tabulation specialists to consistently ensure quality delivery of client projects. David's initial start with the company was in 1996 and he began full-time in 1999. He has completed his Marketing Management Diploma from Seneca College. John Zhou![]() Team Operations Manager John Zhou is one of three team operations managers at Consumer Contact. His role entails overseeing a team of project directors, prorgrammers and tabulation specialists to consistently ensure quality delivery of client projects. John's initial start with the company was in 1999 and he has completed a Computer Programming/Analysis Diploma from Seneca College. Greg Hart![]() Team Operations Manager Greg Hart first joined Consumer Contact in 1999 as a programmer. In 2004, Greg began managing Consumer Contact's first client focused operations team of six. Since then, his team has flourished into seventeen members strong, consisting of client service, programming and tabulations. In 2009, Greg became the company's first Net Promoter® Certified Associate as it looked to enhance its offering in customer loyalty with its Loyalty Monitor program. View Our Executive Team Here >>>
