Duties/Responsibilities
Call centre interviewers conduct marketing and opinion surveys over the telephone with both general public and specific business respondents. The numbers to call and the questions to ask are displayed on a computer screen. The interviewer's responsibility is to gain the cooperation of the respondent, ask the questions as provided and type the respondent's answers directly into the computer.
