On average, six customized Quality Triggers are set for each survey. Each and every interview is validated at least once.


If three or more are activated, the entire survey is sent to National Quality Control Department (NQCD) and reviewed for inconsistencies. All questionable interviews are validated a second time

The Project Director receives the NQCD reports and decides on the disposition of the survey.



The survey is kept or replaced, free of charge.
