Top Line Tabulations
Since CATI, Online, key entry and tabulation are fully integrated in one software system, top line tabulations can be produced at any point during the study:

Data File Formats
For clients preferring to conduct their own analyses, fully documented, clean data files are delivered electronically in virtually any single punch format desired such as SPSS, Excel and ASCII.

Documentation, along with a clean, partial data file is usually provided up to one week in advance to enable commencement and testing of analysis programming.

Tabulations
Marketing research style cross tabulations can be produced in a variety of optional formats. Column stat testing is included at no extra charge. Tables can be supplied as bound hard copy or delivered electronically.

Desk Top Table Browser
As an alternative to maintaining a library of bulky hard copy tables, Consumer Contact™ can supply tabulations in a unique table browser software package that runs on any PC with Windows. The package offers exceptional scrolling, skip and search capabilities.

"Voice of the Customer" - Digital Voice Recording (DVR) Capabilities
Every telephone interview that Consumer Contact conducts is digitally recorded. Using our Voice of the Customer, you can request recordings of entire interviews or just pick out certain questions. These recordings will be sent the day after the interview has occurred or all together at the end of the project.

Open End Coding
All open end responses are keyed directly into the data file for more effective handling. Open end verbatim lists can be sorted and selected by any other variable in the data file.

Open end code frames are supplied to you for input/approval. Many of our clients prefer to communicate directly with our Coding Department to finalize code frames.
