Pre-FieldSampling Consumer Contact™ enjoys working relationships with major sample suppliers in the United States and Canada. The sample most appropriate for your project can be sourced and downloaded electronically, normally same or next day. Translation/Languages Consumer Contact regularly conducts interviews in English, Spanish, French, Cantonese and Mandarin - and can work in many other languages as required. All questionnaire translations are thoroughly tested by field staff before interviewing starts. Consumer Contact also recommends that the end-user client be given the opportunity to test translations, particularly when technical or industry-specific terms are being used. Pre-Testing All new questionnaires are thoroughly pre-tested by Consumer Contact at no extra charge. Any problems or questions are reviewed and resolved with you prior to the start of interviewing. Briefing All interviewers are thoroughly trained on each project they work on. The Project Managers lead the interviewers through a written brief followed by test survey. You are welcome to participate in the briefing either on-site or remotely. Monitoring You can monitor either on-site or by dialing in from anywhere in the World or you can choose DVR sampling for additional monitoring flexibility. In-house Programming All of Consumer Contact’s programming is done at the head office location. We do not outsource programming to off-shore vendors. This allows us to closely supervise all the programming functions, ensuring the highest quality standards. This also avoids the often challenging issue of trying to manage communications in different languages across international time zones. |
