Once you give us the go ahead to put your project in field, we begin to monitor the progress right away to ensure everything is going according to plan. On the first night of field we do a soft launch where we are aiming for approximately 10% of completes.

The next day your dedicated project director will review specifications such as the length and incidence to ensure that your project is on track. If there are any concerns, our project directors will express this to you and either attempt to adjust the criteria, adjust the specifications to meet the budget or ask business development to provide a new budget based on the current specifications.

This step is very crucial and we ensure it is done as early as possible so that we can discuss any issues with you sooner rather than later. The marginals are also checked to verify that data is collecting correctly.

Moving forward from here, your project director will be monitoring your projects progress on a daily basis and will be providing updates on a daily or other predetermined basis. Sample is also sent out according to need or a predetermined plan
