Telephone surveys combined with mail or courier shipments of exhibits/follow-up questionnaires are conducted all across North America. All courier/mail shipments to U.S. respondents leave from and return to our Chicago location. Courier/mail shipments to Quebec respondents leave from and return to our Montreal location.
